Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. 🧾 Overview

By placing an order for custom merchandise through the Leva print-on-demand platform hosted on magixmarketing.in, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. 🎨 Customization & Design

  • All products are made-to-order and printed based on your submitted artwork or selections.
  • File quality, content, and legality of designs are your responsibility.
  • We reserve the right to reject designs that contain hate speech, obscenity, or copyrighted content without prior approval.

3. 💰 Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments must be made in full at the time of placing the order.
  • We support UPI, Net Banking, Cards, and secure gateway payments.
  • Discounts & promo codes must be entered at checkout — no post-order adjustments.

4. 📦 Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are printed within 1–2 working days.
  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 days, depending on location.
  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS/email once dispatched.
  • Once processed, orders cannot be cancelled or edited.

5. 🚚 Shipping & Returns

  • Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above ₹499.
  • Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items. No returns for size, color perception, or design issues from your side.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery with photo proof.

6. 👕 Product Quality

  • We use premium-grade cotton and industry-standard DTG printing.
  • Slight color variations may occur due to screen/device differences.
  • Wash instructions must be followed to retain print quality (included with product).

7. 📄 IP & Content Rights

  • You retain ownership of uploaded designs.
  • You grant Magix/Leva permission to use them solely for order fulfillment.
  • We do not claim any rights over your IP unless explicitly transferred.

8. 📍 Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any legal disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.
