1. Service Scope & Implementations

Magix Marketing Solutions® designs bespoke web portals, high-converting digital advertising layouts, search engine optimization protocols, and offline brand activations. Standard system deliverables, custom code integration parameters, and functional milestone metrics are precisely detailed in separate corporate master agreements.

2. Client Obligations & System Assets

To assure seamless operational speed, clients are strictly obligated to furnish correct authorization credentials, corporate database indices, localized copy materials, and functional graphic resources within the timelines defined inside the campaign milestone sheet.

3. Commercials, Payment Milestones, & Taxes

All service pricing parameters, custom setup investments, and campaign expenditures are explicitly subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable under Karnataka state guidelines and Central Government directives. Payments must be deposited via authorized payment gateway portals (PayU, Razorpay, or directly to our bank account) per the specified milestones prior to the dispatch of code assets.

4. Jurisdiction & Disciplinary Measures

These terms of operations shall be exclusively governed by the laws of India. Any actions, claims, or legal disputes emerging from this interface shall be resolved solely in the courts of law situated in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

At Magix Marketing Solutions®, your privacy and critical data assets are securely protected. This privacy and data protection framework complies strictly with Section 43A of the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

1. Parameters of Information Collected

We log data exclusively via secure form inputs and cookie trackers to trace system performance metrics and client requirements. This includes corporate email addresses, authorized mobile numbers, business locations, and unique registration identifiers for student credential validations.

2. Purposes of Data Retention

All recorded variables are handled solely to initiate personalized business consults, configure secure chatbot sessions, synchronize student profiles with professional networks like LinkedIn, and optimize localized advertising parameters. 1. Cancellation Protocols

Clients can request campaign or software development cancellations at any point of execution with a 30-day corporate written notice. Completed programming layouts, deployed local landing pages, graphic templates configured, and ad expenditures incurred prior to the cancellation date remain strictly billable.

2. Refund Allocations

Refunds are assessed case-by-case based on work completion milestones. If a service fee has been deposited but no operational or creative resources have been deployed within 7 working days, a full transaction refund is authorized. Once active custom configurations, drone coverages, or ad investments are live, those milestones are non-refundable.

3. Processing Timelines & Merchant Settlements

Approved refunds are processed through our primary merchant settlement pipeline. In accordance with standard banking and payment gateway operational cycles in India, refunds are credited back to the original funding source (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking wallet) within 5 to 7 working days from the official validation date.

These terms regulate the parameters established between accepted interns and Magix Marketing Solutions®. Accepted candidates must demonstrate absolute alignment with our high-execution Bangalore benchmarks.

1. Confidential System Access

Interns must securely preserve proprietary code matrices, custom AI prompt indices, internal metrics databases, client parameters, and confidential corporate blueprints. Any unauthorized sharing or system leaking results in immediate revocation of validation tokens and legal disciplinary measures under the IT Act 2000.

2. Project Milestones & Completion

The official Internship Certificate and LinkedIn-sharable verification links are unlocked exclusively after successful code execution and project submissions. Magix holds absolute authority to extend tenure parameters or withhold verification credentials if performance indices fail to hit milestones.
