At Magix Marketing Solutions, we strive to deliver high-quality marketing services, branding, educational promotions, and creative content. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment through PhonePe or other supported platforms.

1. No Refunds on Services Rendered

Due to the nature of marketing and creative service delivery, payments made for completed services are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Digital campaigns
  • Branding materials
  • Video production
  • Consulting and planning
  • School/college marketing services

Once a service is rendered, no refund will be issued.

2. Advance Payments & Cancellations

  • Advance payments made for long-term projects (e.g., monthly school campaigns or brand development) may be partially refundable if cancellation is requested before the start of service.
  • Cancellations requested after partial work has begun will be refunded only for the unutilized portion, at our discretion.
  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing to the official Magix email.

3. Accidental or Duplicate Payments

  • If you have been charged more than once for the same service or made a duplicate payment via PhonePe, please inform us within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Verified duplicate or excess payments will be refunded within 7–10 working days back to your original PhonePe account or bank.

4. Event/Workshop Registrations

If you’ve registered for a Magix event, workshop, or promotional session:

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 72 hours before the event.
  • 50% refund if canceled 24–72 hours before the event.
  • No refund if canceled less than 24 hours before the event or in case of no-show.

5. Payment Disputes

If there is any dispute related to payments made via PhonePe, please email us immediately at [Insert Official Email]. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping Policy


At Magix Marketing Solutions, our primary offerings are digital and marketing services. However, in cases where physical products (e.g., printed materials, promotional merchandise, branded gifts, or creative assets) are provided, the following shipping policy applies.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping only within India. For bulk or special delivery requests outside India, please contact us directly to discuss options.

2. Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • In case of delays due to workload or third-party logistics, we will notify you via email or phone.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout (if applicable).
  • In cases of bulk orders or offline agreements, shipping costs may be discussed and finalized over email/invoice.

4. Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery usually takes 4–10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural locations may experience slightly longer delivery timelines.

5. Shipping Partners

We partner with reliable logistics providers such as India Post, DTDC, Delhivery, and Blue Dart to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipment confirmation email or message
  • A tracking number to monitor your delivery status

7. Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographs and details at [Insert official email]. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund (as applicable).

8. No COD (Cash on Delivery)

All items must be paid for in advance via PhonePe or other accepted methods. Cash on Delivery is not available at this time.
